音樂天使計劃
此計畫是HKGNA的核心，專為遭遇逆境的年輕人提供音樂教育。音樂天使計畫服務對象包括聖士提反會、晨曦會的成員，以及為香港展能藝術會的視障年輕人提供音樂培訓。
HKGNA夥伴計劃
HKGNA 夥伴計畫為年輕表演者提供發展機會，以及給有經濟困難的青年提供音樂教育及指導。通過社區組織或直接接觸， 合資格參加者協助參與針對熱愛音樂的小朋友而策劃的外展活動， 發展領導和指導的技巧。這些活動包括互動式的樂器課堂、共同在台上表演，以及各種的音樂教育計畫。HKGNA的使命是推廣卓越的藝術及社會服務，因此本會非常關注每位參加者的貢獻和天賦。他們會參與我們的獨奏會及室內音樂會為特別表演者，亦會獲得其他表演機會以促進本會的市命。
HKGNA音樂比賽
HKGNA音樂比賽開放給所有背景的年輕人。比賽的冠軍將會有機會在本地及世界知名的舞台表演，例如紐約卡內基音樂廳。
HKGNA 講青天地
HKGNA Youth Talk brings young student leaders to the forefront to find their voice and inspire young people to take action. Our aim is to encourage and equip young people to find their voice and express themselves and take action to make a positive impact on society.
Through performing arts and community service we encourage teamwork, resilience, and a sense of social responsibility, all of which contribute to their personal growth and the betterment of society.
Through HKGNA Youth Talk, young leaders will have a platform to share short talks on what they do best, whether in music or other endeavors, serving both as a source of knowledge and inspiration for youth around the globe.
